About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Application Packaging Engineer to create, test, and deploy application packages in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MSI/MSIX packaging, App-V, AdminStudio, SCCM/Intune, and automation scripting.

What You'll Do:
- Application Packaging & Customization Create MSI/MSIX/App-V packages, transforms (MSTs), and wrapper scripts; perform silent installations and troubleshoot issues.
- Cloud VDI Application Delivery Build and maintain MSIX App Attach for Azure Virtual Desktop; package and deploy apps for AWS WorkSpaces/AppStream/EC2-based VDI.
- Deployment & Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end application lifecycle including UAT, deployment, updates, and rollback using SCCM, Intune, or equivalent tools.
- Image & Performance Optimization Maintain golden images, update catalogs, validate compatibility with Windows 10/11 multi-session environments, and ensure performance compliance.
- Automation & Standards Compliance Automate packaging/deployment tasks using PowerShell or batch scripts; adhere to enterprise standards, documentation, and security policies.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Expertise in MSI/MSIX packaging, MST creation, and installer customization.
- Hands-on experience with deployment tools like SCCM/MECM, Intune, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Windows internals registry, file systems, services, and GPO interactions.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for installation failures, dependency issues, and log analysis (MSI logs, event logs).
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch) for automation and wrapper creation.
- Experience with complex installations vendor installer analysis, EXE repackaging, and handling challenging scenarios.
- Deep understanding of virtualization and cloud technologies MSI, MSIX, MSIX App Attach, App-V, Azure AVD, AWS WorkSpaces/AppStream, Intune/MEM/SCCM.
- Strong OS-level expertise Windows OS, drivers, DLL dependencies, FSLogix, application behavior, plus familiarity with Azure AD, RBAC, and cloud security best practices.
