Support Engineer - Application Packaging

Role & responsibilities

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of deploying software applications on Windows OS & Networks
• Good knowledge in Application Packaging using Visual Studio, Install Shield or Wise Package Studio, ORCA
• Basic knowledge of ClickOnce deployment, SCCM, App-V, MSIX etc. would be an added advantage. Even Knowledge on WIX would be good enough to hire a candidate.
• Good Knowledge on Operating System Fundamentals (Process/Thread/Stack etc.) and Knowledge of deploying software applications on Windows OS
• Ability to learn from an issue/situation and adapt and carry forward the solution to another seemingly unrelated issue.
• Good English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written (including technical writing)
• Excellent customer Service skills and effective learning skills
