Application Packager with Intune

We are looking for an experienced Application Packager with strong skills in Microsoft Intune and enterprise deployment tools. This is a senior-level role (minimum 7 years experience) that involves packaging, testing, and deploying applications in large environments, while also providing guidance to junior team members and acting as the escalation point for complex issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in application packaging and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for application delivery.
• Solid experience with SCCM/MECM and co-management setups.
• Expertise with packaging tools such as Admin Studio, Advanced Installer, Orca and PSADT.
• Strong scripting ability in PowerShell.
• Good understanding of Windows 10/11 internals (registry, services, dependencies).
• Experience troubleshooting packaging and deployment issues in large-scale environments.
• In-depth knowledge of MSIX packaging and migration of legacy apps to modern formats.
• Experience with VDI environments (AVD, Citrix, VMware Horizon).
• Familiarity with Azure AD conditional access and app protection policies.
• Understanding of mobile app distribution (iOS/Android) via Intune, Apple Business Manager, or Samsung Knox.
• Exposure to DevOps-based automation for app packaging and deployment.
