Job summary
As an Application Lead, you will take charge of designing, building, and configuring applications, specifically focusing on Camunda BPM for business process management. You will act as the primary point of contact, overseeing the application development process and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your leadership will guide the team and ensure the implementation of best practices for application design and configuration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Expected to be an SME in Camunda BPM, providing deep knowledge and guidance to the team.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Lead the team to execute tasks effectively, managing the team's performance and making key decisions. Collaborate with other teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Provide solutions to challenges faced by your team and across other teams, ensuring project success.
- Application Development Leadership: Lead the application development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications on time.
- Best Practices Implementation: Implement best practices for application design and configuration, ensuring they align with organizational goals and project requirements.
- Project Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of application projects by managing timelines, resources, and requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Camunda BPM: Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM and understanding of its core capabilities for business process management.
- Strong Understanding of Process Automation: Knowledge of how to automate and optimize business processes using BPM tools like Camunda.
- Experience with Workflow Management Systems: Proficient in managing and configuring workflow systems, ensuring they run efficiently.
- Application Design and Configuration: Extensive experience in application design, configuration, and troubleshooting in a complex environment.
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Strong knowledge of SDLC and the application of development methodologies to ensure quality in every phase of application development.
Additional Information:
- Experience: A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Camunda BPM is required, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Location: This position is based at our Pune office.
- Education: A 15 years full-time education (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree and higher) is required.
