Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating meetings to discuss project progress, and addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. - Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
