Summary:

As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, construction, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. This role requires overseeing project progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that application development aligns with organizational goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to maintain smooth workflows and deliver high-quality solutions. The Application Lead also dedicates time to guiding team members and facilitating collaboration across different groups to achieve project milestones efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align technical efforts with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based application architecture and deployment strategies.
• Experience with integration of cloud applications with on-premise systems and third-party services.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with development lifecycle management and version control systems.
• Skilled in designing scalable and secure cloud applications that meet enterprise requirements.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
