Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, construction, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. This role requires overseeing project progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that application development aligns with organizational goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to maintain smooth workflows and deliver high-quality solutions within set timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development initiatives to meet project objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable cloud-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and cloud service configurations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
