Application Engineer - Tier 2

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on software development projects with engineering, sales, and customer services teams.
• Liaise with clients to incorporate user-defined needs and feedback into application designs.
• Write, install, maintain, and test code/scripts for applications.
• Provide technical support to clients and troubleshoot application issues.
• Optimize applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades.
• Contribute to sales presentations by demonstrating prototypes and completed applications.
• Perform diagnostic tests, debugging, and code improvements.
• Generate innovative software ideas based on market trends.
• Document development processes, procedures, and application version histories.
• Maintain excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
