Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Laser Application Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with the R&D, sales, and service departments to develop, test, and optimize laser marking and cutting applications as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, test, and maintain laser marking and cutting machines
- Conduct sample trials, process optimization, and application development
- Work directly with clients to understand application needs and provide technical support
- Collaborate with the sales team for demo preparation and product presentations
- Document application processes, parameters, and trial results
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-level challenges
- Stay updated with laser technology trends and provide feedback to the R&D team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or relevant discipline
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and basic electronics
- Interest in laser technology and industrial automation
- Good communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration
- Willingness to learn and travel for demo or field application support
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus
