In this role, you will serve as the catalyst guiding a talented engineering squad to deliver differentiated product features that help customers digitize, automate, and elevate their sales processes. You'll work with a broad suite of Pega technologiesincluding AI-driven decisioning, natural language understanding, mobility experiences, and enterprise-scale automationto deliver seamless engagement across diverse sales channels.

What You'll Do At Pega
- Contribute as a hands-on engineer in a highperforming Scrum squad, collaborating closely with fun, talented, and passionate colleagues.
- Understand, design, and implement highquality features and enhancements used directly by customers and partner applications.
- Analyze complex existing functionalities and contribute toward scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Develop features that integrate seamlessly across multiple teams and product areas.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineering Leads to translate business goals into robust technical outcomes.
- Ensure delivery excellence by writing clean, maintainable code with strong adherence to engineering best practices.
- Participate in grooming, design discussions, peer reviews, and sprint ceremonies.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities within code, processes, and product areas.
- Contribute to continuous integration, automation, and quality assurance efforts.
Who You Are
- A passionate engineer with a solid foundation in computer science and product development.
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of objectoriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Should be innovative, proactive and self-driven, who want to work on latest technologies and think about how to improve products using AI
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain composed in fastpaced environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and provide thoughtful technical solutions.
- Selfmotivated, curious, and eager to learn Pega platform capabilities and new technologies.
What You've Accomplished
- 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a product-based organization.
- Additional Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with Pega platform or low-code development tools.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture concepts.
- Understanding of CRM or Sales Automation domain.
- Knowledge of UI frameworks like React.
- Experience with Generative AI or intelligent automation is a plus.
