Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Application Engineer role located in Rajkot. The Application Engineer for CNC VMC will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting in the design and application of CNC and VMC machines, troubleshooting, conducting testing and quality assurance, and offering training to clients on the usage of the machines. The role involves a combination of technical expertise, hands-on problem solving, and effective collaboration with both internal teams and customers to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and problem resolution skills for CNC and VMC machines
- Understanding and application of Software Development principles related to machine operations
- Hands-on knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts and systems
- Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering practices, specifically relevant to CNC and VMC machines
- Experience in Testing and quality assurance processes to ensure proper machine functionality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines
- Previous experience working with CNC and VMC machinery is an advantage
