About the Role
Eternal Robotics is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Application Engineer to support the deployment, maintenance, and performance of our Hypervise AI/Computer Vision systems across customer sites.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting, system optimization, field support, and working closely with advanced AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deployment & Training
- Lead deployment of software and hardware systems at customer locations
- Conduct user training sessions
- Support testing, QA, Pre-FAT, and FAT activities
2. System Monitoring & Maintenance
- Perform real-time monitoring and periodic system health checks
- Apply software updates, patches, and version upgrades
- Conduct sensor and camera calibration as part of preventive maintenance
3. Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Provide L1/L2 support following defined SOPs
- Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and software issues
- Coordinate with client IT/OT teams for remote and on-site support
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate logs of issues, maintenance activities, and resolutions
- Prepare weekly reports for internal review and leadership visibility
5. Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on new features, system enhancements, and troubleshooting best practices

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+ are an added advantage
- Open to freshers or candidates with basic technical exposure
Required Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
- Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN diagnostics, and IP configurations
- Familiarity with IP cameras, sensors, cabling, and communication protocols
- Basic programming knowledge (Python / JavaScript / C / C++) preferred
- Experience with SQL basics, log analysis, and software installation
- Ability to follow UAT, FAT, and preventive maintenance SOPs
