Fatek, an automation company headquartered in Taipei, is seeking exceptional technical support engineers for their India operation.

Job Location: - Pune

Joining date:- Immediate requirement. The candidate needs to join as soon as possible. A valid passport is preferred.

Job Description:-

The Application Engineers are responsible for solving software, hardware, programming, and communication issues at the customer end & for finding new business opportunities by understanding customer needs.

a.Technical support to the clients over the phone, online, or by email etc. Troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, Servo drive & motor as per customer requirement.

b.Product promotion, attending expos, and marketing as required. Meeting with clients to discuss their automation needs.

c.To develop PLC's online & Offline programs. Preparation of input & Output lists.

d.HMI design & SCADA design & their interaction with PLC.

e.Travel to Client's location for service as necessary.

f.System installation, Field wiring, Project handling, Project handover, Commissioning & troubleshooting.

g.Giving training to distributors and customers.

Requirements:-

Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or a Diploma in electronics, electrical, or mechatronics, etc.

a.Experience & Knowledge of digital & analog components & programming on Transmitters for Temperature/Pressure/Flow/Level/Encoder etc.

b.Experience with different types of communication protocols like ModbusRTU/ASCII/TCP, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, CANopen, Zigbee, Profibus and Profinet.

c.Experience in PLC languages as LAD (Ladder logic), SCL (Structured Control Language), STL (Statement List), FBD (Function Block Diagram).

d.Preferred Software knowledge:-(1) Fatek: Winproladder, Upperlogic, FV Designer (2) Siemens:TIA Portal, Simatic Manager, MicroWin, MicroWin Smart, Wincc SCADA (3) Allen Bradley :RS Logix, Studio 5000,Factory talk view. (4)Delta PLC: WPL Soft (5) Microsoft Office: Advance Excel, Power Point.

e.Automation system with relevant work experience in motion control and servo motor control. Example: (1) Position Control (2) Linear/Circular Interpolation (3) Fly-Saw/Rotary-Cut (4) E-CAM
