Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer for our 3D Printing division. The ideal candidate will support customers in adopting and implementing advanced 3D printing technologies. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and design teams to provide technical assistance and develop customized solutions for various applications. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, providing training, resolving technical issues, and collaborating on new product development to ensure that client needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in understanding 3D printing technology and its applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions.
- Solve technical challenges and provide ongoing support to customers.
- Evaluate customer requirements and recommend appropriate 3D printing solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D printing technology.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
- Participate in trade shows and industry conferences to showcase products and capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Materials Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of 3D printing technologies, including FDM, SLA, SLS, and others.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other design tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Experience in a technical support role or with a background in manufacturing is a plus.
