Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development
Work on technical documents, code, and deployments
Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, product, and business stakeholders
Asses technical debt and risk and work with stakeholders to balance the workload

Experience working in a Healthcare Organization6+ years of experience with designing and consuming REST APIs (preferably ASP.NET Core) 6+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Angular)
Experience working with Relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or equivalent)Databricks, and ETL
Experience working in a Cloud Environment (AWS, Azure, etc.)
