Location & Flexibility
This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in
Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.
The Opportunity
SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultant with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL) and Controlling (CO), and working knowledge of Banking and Treasury processes (good to have). Proven experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and rollouts. Skilled in business requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- General Ledger (GL)
- Company Code and Chart of Accounts setup
- Parallel currencies and ledger configuration
- Document splitting and segment reporting
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliation (ICMR)
- FI month-end and year-end closing activities
- Validation and substitution rules
- Financial reporting (Universal Journal - FAGLFLEXT/ Fiori reporting)
Controlling (CO)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Internal Orders
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Product Costing (basic understanding)
- Margin analysis and profitability reporting
- FICO integration
Banking & Treasury (Good to have)
- Bank master data configuration
- Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing
- Automatic Payment Program (F110)
- Cash Management and Liquidity Management
- Bank reconciliation and payment processing
- House bank and payment method configuration
Qualifications
- Minimum of 23 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations or rollouts
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Requirements gathering
- Solution design
- System configuration
- Testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT)
- Cutover planning and go-live support
