Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain complex software solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Develop engineering solutions in alignment with the Technology strategy and meeting application s requirements as well as industry standard best practices.
- Maximize the efficiency (operational, performance, and cost) of the application assets.
- Sizes User Stories based on time / difficulty to complete.
- Provides input on specific challenges facing User Stories.
- Discuss risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
- Determine if User Stories meet the Definition of Ready
- Selects User Stories to be completed in the Iteration, based on User Story priority and team capacity and velocity.
- Participate in the daily stand up.
- Bring innovative solutions to the team
- Be a good team player and actively participate in the team ceremonies
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Proven experience delivering complex software solutions.
- Working experience with of the following technologies, AWS, Linux based OS
- React Framework front end development
- Java Spring Boot Skills are a must.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as SCRUM/KANBAN.
- Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
- Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
Desired Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to challenge design recommendations
- Understanding of Java and React
Required Experience & Education:
- 5-8 Years Experience
- College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
Desired Experience:
- Exposure to AWS, Databases Such as MS SQL or Postgres
- Industry Standards for Error handling
