About the Role

We are looking for an Application Developer to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on application workflows, system integrations, and user-facing functionalities.

In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.

Responsibilities:

• Annotate model responses and provide structured feedback on model performance, feature alignment, and app development workflows.
• Review prompts and tasks related to application development to help train AI systems.
• Evaluate code generated by AI for correctness, maintainability, performance, and adherence to mobile or desktop app development standards.
• Analyze AI-generated outputs related to application logic, user flows, integration patterns, and platform guidelines (e.g., Android, iOS, desktop).
• Provide detailed technical reviews to improve the reliability, clarity, and contextual understanding of large language model (LLM) responses related to application development.
• Identify gaps, errors, or inefficiencies in AI-generated app features and suggest iterative improvements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in application development languages and frameworks such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, or React Native.
• Passion for enhancing the performance and contextual awareness of AI models.
• Solid understanding of app lifecycle, UI/UX principles, and state management.
• Experience working with APIs, storage, authentication, and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with mobile design patterns and platform-specific development constraints (iOS/Android/Desktop).

NOTE: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to 1500 per hour. If you work an average of 3 hours every day, you could earn up to 90,000 per month once you clear our screening process.
