Key Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration & Training

Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment.
Train team members on procedural and technical aspects of ServiceNow applications.

ServiceNow Development & Configuration

Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, including CAS, CAD, CIS-HRSD, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM, and CIS-IRM.
Design and implement integrations with other systems.
Maintain and enhance ServiceNow applications according to business requirements.

Roadmap & Innovation

Contribute to the creation of technical roadmaps for ServiceNow offerings.
Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow capabilities to improve efficiency and functionality.
Align technical solutions with business strategy and organizational goals.
