Application Developer

About the role

We're looking for a motivated app developer who genuinely loves to build — someone who ships production-grade features fast, sweats the small UX details, and takes pride in an app that feels smooth on every device.

You'll work across our Flutter codebase (iOS + Android), turning designs and product ideas into real, polished, well-architected screens that people actually use — and you'll own them from first commit to store release.

What you'll do

• Build new features and screens in Flutter — clean UI, smooth animations, and pixel-accurate Material 3 / Cupertino layouts.
• Write maintainable code using Clean Architecture (presentation/domain / data layers, feature-first structure) and a solid state management pattern (BLoC / Riverpod).
• Integrate with backend REST APIs and handle real-world states: loading, errors, retries, offline, empty states.
• Wire up payments, push notifications, deep links, and document/PDF viewing.
• Write automated tests (unit, widget, integration) and use DevTools / Crashlytics to catch and fix issues.
• Care about performance — fast startup, smooth scrolling, low memory, small app size.
• Ship to the App Store and Play Store through CI/CD (Fastlane / Codemagic / GitHub Actions) and help keep release cycles smooth.
• Watch crash reports and analytics, fix what's breaking, and keep quality high.
• Work closely with design and backend to make features feel cohesive.

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years building production Flutter apps, with at least one app shipped to the App Store and/or Play Store.
• A genuine drive to build and ship — you start projects, finish them, and care about the end result.
• Strong Flutter / Dart skills — confident with Material 3 / Cupertino and knowing when to reach for a package vs. build custom.
• Solid grasp of state management (BLoC / Riverpod) and Clean Architecture (layered, feature-first, testable).
• Comfortable consuming REST APIs (e.g., Dio/http) and handling async data, errors, and edge cases.
• Hands-on with automated testing (unit/widget/integration) and debugging tools (Flutter DevTools, Crashlytics).
• Experience with the release process — signing, build flavors, and store submissions (CI/CD a strong plus).
• Good eye for UI/UX — you can take a design and make it feel right.
• Solid Git workflow and clean, readable code.

Good to have

• Hands-on CI/CD for mobile — Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, and FVM for version pinning.
• Familiarity with Firebase (messaging, remote config, crashlytics) and analytics tools.
• Integrating payments (e.g., Razorpay) and push notifications / deep links.
• Native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) basics for platform-specific work.
• Background in fintech, compliance, or consumer apps.
