General Summary

Work effectively with different management teams in planning, coordinating, and designing operational activities to achieve the strategy, mission, and objectives of the CRM group. This role will work closely work with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations and Domain Experts to see opportunities to improve business processes and manage the run and build related activities.

How You'll Help Us Connect The World

  • Develop solutions for Sales, Marketing, and Customer service processes. Act as an internal consultant and design architect for CRM solutions.
  • Responsible for end-to-end technical assurance, technical governance, technical standard methodologies, the reuse of technical assets, and the assignment of technical work.
  • Develop Functional Specifications and work closely with system developers on design, testing, and troubleshooting to support system enhancements and implementation.
  • Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
  • Ensure all technical architecture components are accurately integrated and implemented.

Required Qualifications For Consideration


  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 1+ years of relevant work experience.

You Will Excite Us If You Have


  • Knowledge in CRM functional areas: Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Partner management.
  • Experience with the configuration of Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 and prior versions.
  • Experience in writing Plug-ins and custom workflows.
  • Experience in implementing JavaScript to Ms CRM connectivity using Rest, Odata web API.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, analytical abilities, detail orientation, quality focus, and problem-solving skills.
