We are seeking a talented Front End / Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, and solid experience building API-driven web applications. The role involves developing scalable, high-performance user interfaces and backend services that support digital commerce journeys and integrate with customer experience and contact center systems, enabling seamless agent and customer workflows.

Experience with Next.js and NestJS is an added advantage. Exposure or interest in integrating applications with contact center platforms (such as agent desktops, customer interaction systems, or support workflows) is a plus. Experience or interest in mobile application development using React Native, Android, or iOS is also a strong advantage.
