Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in your work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with the Oracle Time and Labor module (5-7 years of relevant experience). Minimum of 3 implementations of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor module. Should have experience logging Oracle service requests and resolving product bugs Ability to drive Oracle Cloud Time and Labor module design workshops. Strong understanding of Key design decisions and business requirements. Collaborate with BSAs to align on requirements and meet project deliverables. Manage module specific action items and follow up with BSAs. Develop and align on Oracle Time and Labor module test scenarios and test scripts. Configuration of the application and guide and align with client on best practices, module-specific processes Support execution of SIT, UAT, and cut-over activities. Oversee the delivery of Oracle Time and Labor workbook (Action item list, KDD, RTM, Test scenarios and scripts). Address client queries related to Oracle Time and Labor module implementation as the module lead. Liaise with Oracle support for bug resolutions or feature requests specific to client. Good understanding of OTL Fast Formula. Periodic reporting on issues, risks, & daily progress status. Report/escalate to leadership as needed to ensure project deliverables/milestones are met. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
