Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and development processes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of designing scalable and maintainable microservices-based applications.
• Experience in configuring and deploying applications within lightweight architectural frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in distributed environments.
