You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction and ensuring the successful implementation of business applications.

- Expected to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert).
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions and outcomes.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead and mentor junior professionals to foster growth and development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and high-quality solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications.
- Knowledge of integration techniques and API development.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud technologies.
