Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the applications function seamlessly, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other systems. - Familiarity with user interface design principles and user experience optimization.
