As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the developed solutions are robust, scalable, and effectively support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding business challenges and translating them into functional software applications, while maintaining a focus on quality and performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns related to Spring Boot development.
• Experience in developing RESTful web services and integrating with various data sources.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of Spring Boot applications.
• Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools to support agile development practices.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
