Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document development processes and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within the Salesforce Experience Cloud environment.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud to meet diverse business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application development and deployment.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce Experience Cloud with other systems.
• Understanding of user interface design and user experience considerations in application development.
