You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the developed solutions align with organizational goals. Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous adaptation to evolving business demands and application environments, while maintaining a focus on delivering efficient and effective application solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application development tasks.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge to keep pace with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday Core Integrations.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within Workday environments.
• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions using Workday integration tools.
• Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques in integration processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing integration workflows to enhance performance and reliability.

• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
