As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional software solutions. Throughout the day, the developer engages in problem-solving activities, ensuring that applications are optimized and tailored to support organizational goals effectively. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral to the daily workflow, fostering innovation and efficiency within the development environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document development processes and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to optimize code for HANA database performance.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to work with various SAP modules and integrate ABAP developments seamlessly within the SAP ecosystem.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management and version control practices.
