Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to support and enhance business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translating those needs into functional and efficient software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to ensure that applications are aligned with organizational goals and adapting designs to evolving business demands. Continuous refinement and troubleshooting of applications to maintain optimal performance are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in the documentation of application design and development processes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D.
