Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with user expectations and organizational goals. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute innovative ideas, and refine application designs to enhance user experience and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), User Interface Development. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and design patterns. - Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
