Summary:

As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and define the requirements necessary for developing effective applications. This role focuses on designing solutions that align with business processes and application needs, ensuring that the final design supports organizational goals. The position requires continuous interaction with teams to refine application specifications and contribute to the overall project planning and execution, fostering a productive and innovative work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of design activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentoring to enhance their skills and project contributions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
• Experience in analyzing business processes to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Ability to work with complex data models and integrate applications with existing systems.
• Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization techniques specific to SAP ABAP on HANA platforms.
• Capability to document design specifications clearly and comprehensively for development and testing teams.

• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
