Requirements Analysis: Analyse, assess, and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis, and other relevant techniques.
Business Requirements Documentation: Prepare full business requirements documentation along with technical specifications.
Requirements Management: Manage business users requirements and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Interface Design and Testing: Design interfaces and perform System Integration Testing (SIT) before handing over systems for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to business users.
UAT Coordination: Coordinate and manage UAT activities with business users, ensuring successful testing and sign-off.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other relevant tasks as requested by immediate supervisor or Head of Department.
