Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or customer service (Freshers  with strong communication skills may apply).
  • Familiarity with study abroad processes, applications, or visa procedures is an  advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written skills for student, parent, and universityinteraction.
  • Ability to understand student needs and provide relevant guidance.
  • Skilled in application reviews, SOP/CV editing, and university shortlisting.
  • Responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong time management, CRM proficiency, and MS Office skills.
  • Team player, open to learning, and capable of working under deadlines.
  • Ability to support events, fairs, and student promotions.
  • Familiarity with study  abroad processes, applications, or visa procedures is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between counselors, students, and parents; respond promptly to  queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Attend refresher/university training sessions to stay updated.
  • Drive student participation in Admission Days and Education Fairs through calling  and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate student data, follow-ups, and records.
  • Coordinate gifting at Offer and Visa stages.
  • Assist in IELTS bookings and review processes.
  • Attend sessions with counselors, capture notes, and manage follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with counselors to prepare personalized university/course options.
  • Guide students on document submission; review/edit SOPs, CVs, LORs.
  • Compile and submit applications; monitor status and escalate delays.
  • Draft emails, track acknowledgments, and offer letters.
  • Update students, assist in scholarship applications.
  • Guide students on timely fee payments.
  • Support visa processes, financial planning, and loan options.
  • Share curated housing options with students.
  • Collect/process CAS, COE, i20; support visa forms and interviews.
  • Assist with insurance, travel, and pre-departure kits.
  • Track student success, gather testimonials, and update CRM.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve student issues and ensure a seamless journey.
