Job Summary

This position influences the development and implementation of Information Technology (I.T.) strategy, initiatives, and governing policies. He/She assembles detailed reviews of the enterprise and documents capabilities and conceives approaches to aligning technical solutions with business needs. This position assists in defining the direction for projects and solution architecture. This position plans and champions the execution of broad initiatives aimed at delivering value to internal and external stakeholders. He/She leverages data, technical, and business knowledge to drive the development of capability frameworks at portfolio and enterprise levels. This position is involved throughout the project life cycle with emphasis on the initiation, feasibility, and analysis phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Site Presentation-Layer Development
  • Lead front-end architecture using modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks).
  • Translate UX/UI designs into scalable, maintainable component-based systems.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Architectural Oversight
  • Define front-end standards, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
  • Ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise technology strategy.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in performance, security, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO.
  • Vendor Direction & Offshore Leadership
  • Provide technical direction to offshore development teams and external vendors.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and code quality audits.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Quality Control & Governance
  • Establish coding standards and documentation practices.
  • Oversee testing strategies (unit, integration, UI testing).
  • Monitor site performance metrics (e.g., Core Web Vitals).
  • Ensure production readiness and deployment governance.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 15+ years in web development; 5+ years in front-end architecture or technical leadership
  • Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, headless CMS)
  • Strong understanding of API-driven architecture (REST/GraphQL)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud hosting environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Experience leading offshore teams and managing vendor deliverables
