Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients, advocating for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal partners to understand business problems, system constraints, and stakeholder concerns, and systematically transform detailed solutions (architectures) for the client.
- Design and configure solutions for S/4 HANA implementations and migrations using an agile framework.
- Share technical inputs and best practices with the delivery team to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and customize implementation plans.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Design and development of SAP data dictionary objects, data elements, domains, structures, views, lock objects, search helps, and formatting SAP documents.
- Development experience in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Reports).
- Modifying standard layout sets in SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
- Knowledge of ABAP Object-Oriented Programming.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP Workflow.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of industry experience in SAP, with 3-4 full-cycle SAP ABAP HANA implementation projects.
- Experience in implementation, consulting, client interaction, upgrades, maintenance, and post-production support.
- Understanding of SAP functional requirements and converting them into technical designs using ABAP.
