Your Role And Responsibilities
As an Application Architect specializing in SAP Basis, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical architecture of SAP systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Basis technology, industry trends, and business processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design SAP Applications: Design applications that may run on multiple platforms and may be composed of multiple software packages, ensuring performance, availability, and scalability.
- Implement SAP Solutions: Implement SAP Basis components, working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
- Maintain Technical Architecture: Maintain the functional interface to the application infrastructure, ensuring successful implementation of SAP Basis components.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of SAP Basis components.
- Ensure Alignment: Ensure alignment of SAP systems with business requirements and IT strategies, staying up to date with industry trends and SAP Basis technology advancements.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- SAP Basis Technology: Exposure to SAP Basis technology, including SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, Cloud migration, ECC, BW, SCM, CRM, SRM, HCM, and SQL.
- Multi-Platform Application Design: Experience working with applications that run on multiple platforms and are composed of multiple software packages.
- Cloud Architecture: Exposure to architecture design in Cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, or other Hyperscale's.
- SAP Component Implementation: Experience implementing SAP Basis components, including SAP BTP, SLT, and SAP ASE.
- Performance Optimization: Exposure to ensuring performance, availability, and scalability of SAP applications.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- SAP BTP Knowledge: Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its integration with SAP Basis components.
- Cloud Migration Skills: Experience working with cloud migration strategies and techniques, including migrating SAP systems to cloud environments.
- Hyperscale Architecture: Exposure to designing and implementing SAP architectures on hyperscale platforms such as AWS or Azure.
