Application Architect-RDBMS

Your role and responsibilities

• Provide complete database administration support for assigned applications.
• Maintain information in the DDS inventory for supported applications.
• Participation in design sessions with application teams.
• Participation in application review meetings prior to deployment.
• Review of all DDL changes prior to deployment to ensure standards are met and design doesn't adversely impact performance of the application.
• Participate in DDS infrastructure changes impacting supported applications.
• Log and address defects as needed.
• Proactive monitoring to ensure general health of application databases.
• Proactive review of storage consumption and identifying requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• SQL DBA Architect.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience in DDS, DDL
