Description

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to own and drive the product centric strategy as well as business results for iCloud+ in India. Continuous improvement of product, comprehensive business and market analytics, instinctive insights and the discipline to focus are valued attributes. This individual will have a deep understanding of the product, twinned with the ability to be commercially focused to shape and deliver on strategic business opportunities to drive subscriptions and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate and shape the opportunity ahead for iCloud+ and communicate India-unique requirements for current and future products in a coherent way to multiple stakeholders across the globe as well as the US.
  • Possess expert knowledge of market trends, competitive and 3rd party products and strategies. Make recommendations on key growth opportunities to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Shape the annual plan, outlining opportunity and actions that drive growth and category leadership.
  • Be the liaison between India and worldwide for all local business needs and feature requirements. Influence the product feature roadmap, making clear recommendations that improve customer experience.
  • Be commercially focused and deliver on strategic business opportunities to drive subscriptions and growth.
  • Build, maintain and expand business relationships with established and prospective partners.
  • Balance deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Build a sphere of influence across multiple internal functions / divisions.
  • Maintain outstanding attention to detail and obsess over the customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus at least 15 years of experience in consumer tech, management consulting, corporate strategy roles delivering business growth in digital world.
  • Strong understanding of consumer tech landscape, subscription economics in the region with deep passion for mobile technology.
  • Extensive work experience in the digital ecosystem with depth in technical awareness and the instinctive ability to be the voice of the consumer.
  • A consistent track record for driving strategic business growth, subscriptions and business development.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Spoken and written English fluency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS/MA/MBA preferred but not conditional.
  • Positive attitude and strong ability to work internationally with a variety of teams and personalities collaboratively across timezones.
  • Prior work with international teams in a multi-national company is a plus.
