About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Campaign manager for Apple Ads to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience of SEM / managing campaigns on Search platforms like Google and Apple. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of performance marketing across objectives such as lead generation, app installs, and conversion-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Solutions
- Work with the BD team to understand client briefs and craft effective media plans.
- Forecast campaign performance metrics, bidding strategy, and outline creative requirements.
2. Campaign Operations – Execution, Management & Optimisation
- Execute end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, optimisation, and reporting on Apple Ads.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives for lead generation, app installs, and other ROI-focused objectives.
- Deliver insights, performance reviews, and actionable recommendations to clients.
3. Client Communication & Coordination
- Lead campaign performance discussions and present optimisation strategies to clients.
- Ensure clear, proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in SEM / Search campaign executions, within digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Google Ads / Apple Ads; knowledge of both is preferred.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing campaigns (lead generation, app installs, conversion campaigns) through Search campaigns
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate it into insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with client-facing experience.
