Role: Appian Developer, Tech Lead

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST
Location: Hybrid - 3x Days onsite in Pune, India
We are looking for a Senior Appian Developer / Tech Lead to lead end-to-end design and delivery of Appian-based applications. This role requires strong hands-on development skills along with technical leadership to build scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full Appian application lifecycle: design, architecture, development, deployment, and support
- Design and develop Appian solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Customize Appian applications to meet UX and functional needs
- Ensure adherence to Appian best practices, security standards, and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on Appian development experience
- Strong expertise in Appian objects: Records, Interfaces, Process Models, CDTs, Reports, Rules
- Experience with Appian Plug-ins, Appian Sites, and SAIL UI
- Strong UX-focused design experience
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, and web service integrations
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
