Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AppianSeniorDeveloperwith hands-on expertise in banking process automation. The candidate must have delivered multiple Appian-based implementations in banking modules and should be able to lead solutioning and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure Appian-based solutions aligned with banking operations
- Build interfaces, records, process models, integrations, and reports
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs
- Mentor juniordevelopers and review their deliverables
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across modules

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT or related field
- 2+ years of Appian development experience with Appian Level 2 Certification
- Minimum 3+ years of total experience in IT, with strong exposure to banking business processes
- Proven experience with Appian SAIL, Records, Web APIs, Expression Rules, Process Models
- Knowledge of database design and integration (REST, SOAP, RDBMS)
- Good understanding of Appian plug-ins and performance tuning
