Job Overview

1) Troubleshooting of Live issues related to API proxies

2) Troubleshooting of application level issues

3) Configuration of alerts and actionizing on them

4) Certificates maintenance and renewal

5) Promotion of APIs from Non-prod to prod

6) Managing and creating of new environments in Apigee hybrid

7) Monitoring of clusters

8) Maintenance of developer portal

9) Upgrading Apigee hybrid versions

10) Building replication in between multi-region clusters

11) Managing IAM roles

12) Connectivity check to target systems

13) Knowledge on Linux and kubernetes commands

14) Min 3 years of work experience in Apigee Support

15) Experience in AWS and GCP

16) Knowledge on Server side
