Job Description
Responsible for executing production activities and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance in the manufacturing area.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Operate, clean, and perform routine care of equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Receive and store raw materials in the day-stock area for each batch as per the request slip.
- Carry out production processes as per the batch LMR and perform operation verifications.
- Plan and execute production schedules for current and upcoming months.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain relevant documentation.
- Perform and document in-process checks in the presence of a supervisor.
- Ensure that premises and equipment are properly maintained and that records are kept up to date.
- Handle blending, packing, and labeling of finished goods with accurate documentation.
Compliance & Quality Standards
- Adhere to cGMP standards and relevant quality management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and HACCP.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures and promptly report any non-conformances.
Qualifications & Skills (Suggested)
- Experience in manufacturing/production environments, preferably in regulated industries.
- Familiarity with cGMP and quality documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work effectively in a team.
