Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, and other relevant tools to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
- Troubleshoot issues related to automation scripts execution and provide timely resolutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in API Test Automation with expertise in Java programming language.
- Strong understanding of RESTful web services architecture and ability to write effective unit tests using JUnit framework.
- Proficiency in developing automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver or similar technologies (e.g., Appium).
- Experience working on Agile projects with version control systems like Git.
