Job Title: Oracle APEX Developer

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced OracleAPEX Application Developer for Web applications with a strong emphasis on front-end development. Potentially ongoing need for developers to build web applications using backend database functionality. A basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, code repositories like Git/Flex deploy and experience in writing unit tests is essential.

Design develop system solutions to business problems using Oracle PL/SQL Oracle APEX

Able to work independently, making use of technology to communicate effectively with the team via email, video and audio teleconference, and face to face

The right candidate has great communication and leadership skills is extremely self-motivated and can quickly learn our proprietary code base.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop system solutions to business problems using Oracle PL/SQL Oracle APEX

Review, analyze, fix, and improve existing code when issues and bugs arise.

Define and solve logical problems for highly technical applications.

Migrate code through different development environments using migration tools.

Work with DBAs for infrastructure activities.

Connect and communicate with technical and non-technical clients and team members.

Design and develop new features all the way from idea to implementation

Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in existing tools and support any technology upgrades.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing web applications and integrating with Oracle ERP technologies

Good understanding on Oracle query writing using SQL and PL/SQL desired

Having knowledge on Linux, Oracle ERP application Objects and integration with supply chain modules is an added plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
