APAC Solution Lead (Supply Chain)

Role Description

As the APAC Solution Lead (Supply Chain), you will own customer engagements and delivery across the region.

This is a hands-on, techno-functional role requiring the ability to operate across business process, systems, and execution. You will work directly with customers to understand their supply chain challenges, design solutions, and drive implementation through to go-live and beyond.

This role is based in Coimbatore (hybrid) with flexibility for remote work.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end customer onboarding, implementation, and go-live
• Act as the primary point of contact for APAC customers
• Lead discussions across process, data, and system workflows (WMS, TMS, EDI, ERP)
• Translate business requirements into clear technical execution with engineering teams
• Drive measurable outcomes, not just implementations

Technical Expectations

• Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, ERP, and EDI systems
• Experience with system integrations, data flows, or APIs
• Ability to translate business processes into system configurations or workflows
• Familiarity with data structures, transactions, and exception handling
• Exposure to platforms like Manhattan, BlueYonder, Oracle

Requirements

• 12-18 years in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse / TMS / ERP
• Proven techno-functional experience (operations + systems)
• Background in implementations, solutioning, or consulting roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Based in APAC region
