Job Description
- Capability to manage end to end APAC/ Germany payroll independently in coordination with Onsite and Offshore team members in a timely manner.
- Should be familiar with statutory compliance and deadlines to ensure they meet as scheduled.
- Complete understanding of payroll taxation and insurances, pensions etc to deliver accurate payroll.
- Possess In-depth understanding of Germany/APAC Payroll and related reporting.
- SAP payroll experience is must.
- Ability to deliver timely and accurately payrolls.
- Attention to details, should be able to work and deliver within the stipulated time frame.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Payroll input validation and processing payroll in SAP for Germany/APAC Countries
- Preparation of Payroll reports, Salary variance report and validations to ensure correct salary payment to employees.
- Coordinating with different teams / team members at onsite and offshore to ensure payroll correctness and completeness.
- Prepare employees full and final settlement / redundancy payments, share with employees and follow up if any recovery to settle.
- Preparation and payment of Employees social security contributions and tax payment at each payroll intervals.
- Assisting employees to their queries related to payroll and taxation.
- Validations and approvals of employee's salary advance requests and recording its deduction as per the standard process.
- Coordinating with teams for various issues, changes and improvements implementations and closely working with them to resolve the issues within the defined time frame.
- Employee on boarding assistance / induction to the policies, reimbursement approval.
- Evaluate processes and recommend changes or enhancements that will increase efficiency or otherwise improve the operation.
