Job Role & Responsibilities:-
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals across the APAC region.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage top IT talent.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Offer Management: Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Market Research: Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments within the APAC region to inform hiring strategies
Essential Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 25 years in IT recruitment, preferably within the APAC region.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
